Blue Cheese Beef Burgers
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Dried thyme/1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||1 Dash|
|Blue cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled|
Combine ground beef, onion and seasonings in medium bowl; mix lightly.
Shape into eight patties.
Place cheese in center of four patties to within 1/2 inch of outer edge; top with remaining burgers.
Press edges together to seal.
Grill 8 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
