Wine N Cheese Burgers
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry red wine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Such As Burgundy)|
|Blue cheese cubes||6|
1. Mix ground beef, parsley, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into
6 patties. Place patties in a 2 1/2i-quart microwave-oven-safe open oval casserole.
2. Make a depression in top of each patty. Pour wine over the patties; cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
3. Discard wine marinade. Cover casserole with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 5 to 6 minutes at High, or until done as desired; turn burgers over halfway through cooking period and rotate dish one-half turn once.
