Cheeseburgers With Guacamole
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Avocado||1 Large, peeled, pitted and mashed|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Liquid hot pepper seasoning||3 Drop|
Blend beef, garlic salt, onion salt, worcestershire, and cheese.
Shape into 4 patties, each about 1 inch thick.
To make guacamole, blend avocado with lemon juice and hot pepper seasoning; set aside.
Place patties on lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of glowing coals.
Cook, turning once, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for rare.
