Mushroom Fondue

Mushroom Fondue is the purely vegan pick for the chicken or meat fondue. However, unlike the meat or chicken fondue, the batter is usually made flavorful with the use of seasonings. Used the same way as other fondues, Mushroom Fondue serves as an excellent dipping sauce for fresh vegetables, bagels, French bread etc. Needless to say, this is a fun variation to try for a special dine-in part or buffet!
