Beef Fondue

Beef fondue is a meaty and heavy fondue that is generally made with sirloin beef cubes and flavored with mustard. The mustard used is primarily Dijon mustard along with butter. Some chopped and diced onions along with olive oil are also used in this fondue to flavor it. The beef cubes can be dipped in the fondue directly or picked from the fondue itself. Beef fondues are often accompanied by other sauces for dipping too like horseradish sauce, béarnaise sauce and tartar sauce. Beef fondues can be served with cooked beef cubes or even baked bread.
