Molded Cheese

For all cheese lovers this Molded Cheese is a great way to treat yourself and your loved ones with. A great medely of mixed cheese in sour cream, scallions and horseradish, this Molded Cheese still has lots of surprises to unveal. A must try for all true cheese lovers!
Ingredients
  Orange gelatin/Lemon flavor gelatin 7 Ounce (2 Packages, 4-Serving Size Or 1 Package, 8-Serving Size, Jell-O Brand)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Finely grated sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound (2 1/2 Cups)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)
  Chopped scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; with electric mixer at medium speed, beat until well blended.
Gradually blend into gelatin.
Pour into 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with fresh fruit or vegetables, if desired.
Serve as an appetizer with assorted crackers.
