|Orange gelatin/Lemon flavor gelatin||7 Ounce (2 Packages, 4-Serving Size Or 1 Package, 8-Serving Size, Jell-O Brand)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Finely grated sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound (2 1/2 Cups)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)|
|Chopped scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||3 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; with electric mixer at medium speed, beat until well blended.
Gradually blend into gelatin.
Pour into 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Garnish with fresh fruit or vegetables, if desired.
Serve as an appetizer with assorted crackers.
