Cherry Cottage Cheese Molds
|Cherry gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed canned pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Measure 2 teaspoons into each of 6 individual molds; chill until set.
Chill remaining gelatin mixture until thick but not set.
Stir in cottage cheese, pineapple, and nuts.
Pour into molds; chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce.
