Grandmother's Cream Cheese Sovas

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Orange rind 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Undiluted orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peach juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned peach halves 19 Ounce (Drained)
Directions

In a saucepan sprinkle gelatine onto cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Dissolve over hot water.
Add cream cheese and mix well before adding rind, salt, orange and peach juice.
Pour into wet moulds and chill.
Unmould and serve with peach halves.
