Grandmother's Cream Cheese Sovas
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Orange rind||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Undiluted orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peach juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned peach halves||19 Ounce (Drained)|
In a saucepan sprinkle gelatine onto cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Dissolve over hot water.
Add cream cheese and mix well before adding rind, salt, orange and peach juice.
Pour into wet moulds and chill.
Unmould and serve with peach halves.
