Combination Cream Cheese Ball Salad

The combination cream cheese ball salad is a celery and olive salad prepared along with chopped nut meats. Rolled and shaped into balls with added parsley, the cobination cream cheese ball salad is best served on lettuce leaves.
Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Olives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lettuce leaves 2
  Nut meats/Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  French dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, mix cream cheese with chopped celery and olives and form into balls about the size of a large hickory nut
2.Roll each ball in chopped nut-meats or chopped parsley
3.Arrange on lettuce leaves
SERVING
4.Serve with an appetizer
