Pineapple And Cheese Mold
|Lemon flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
|Canned crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stuffed green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|American cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
Dissolve package of lemon flavored gelatin in boiling water.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Whip gelatin and fold in whipped cream, pineapple, walnuts, stuffed green olives and American cheese.
Pour into mold and chill until firm.
Serve with creamy salad dressing.
