Tomatoes Basil And Goat Cheese

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 1 Pound (About 2 Fruits)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Fresh basil leaves 10
  Fresh goat cheese 2 Tablespoon (Such As Boucheron Or Montrachet)
Directions

Wash, core and slice tomatoes thickly.
Arrange on plate with basil leaves between each slice.
Crumble goat cheese on top of each plate and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
