Tomatoes Basil And Goat Cheese
|Ripe tomatoes||1 Pound (About 2 Fruits)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Fresh basil leaves||10|
|Fresh goat cheese||2 Tablespoon (Such As Boucheron Or Montrachet)|
Wash, core and slice tomatoes thickly.
Arrange on plate with basil leaves between each slice.
Crumble goat cheese on top of each plate and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
