Blue Cheese Mousse

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce, softened
  Blue cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), whipped
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve it in hot water.
Combine cream cheese with Blue Cheese and blend well with Worcestershire, parsley, salt and paprika.
Stir into gelatin and chill until it thickens.
Fold in whipped cream and pour into mold and chill until firm.
This is an ideal hors d'oeuvre to serve with crackers. (Cheddar cheese may be used in place of Blue Cheese for a variation.)
