Medaillons Of Mozzarella

Ingredients
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut medallions (size of a 50 cent piece, 1/2 inch thick) of cheese.
Roll each piece of cheese in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
Deep fry in olive oil (1/4 inch of oil in a heavy skillet) until golden brown on both sides.
A superb appetizer.
