Sourdough Rolls With Blue Cheese

Sourdough snacks have always been a favorite at home and this Sourdough Rolls With Blue Cheese has been a serial pleaser everytime I have made it! A very easy to make snack, Sourdough Rolls With Blue Cheese can also be served as an appetizer to start off any great meal.
|Sourdough rolls||6 Ounce (4 pieces, heat and serve type, 1 1/2 ounces each such as Saga or Italian sweet Gorgonzola)|
|Soft blue cheese||3 Tablespoon|
Split rolls and spread each cut side with 1 1/2 teaspoons blue cheese.
Broil in toaster oven or under broiler for about 7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is turning golden brown.
Serve warm, not hot.
