Prawn And Ginger With Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  Prawns 500 Gram, cooked
  Cream cheese/Ricotta cheese 250 Gram
  Fresh cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Preserved unsweetened ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Shell the prawns, remove the vein and chop roughly.
Place in work bowl and process until fine in texture.
Add all ingredients and process for a few seconds until they are combined.
