In large bowl combine one 8 1/2 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained; 4 ounces fully cooked ham, cubed (1 cup); 1 cup halved and seeded grapes; and 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut in julienne strips (1/2 cup).
In blender combine 1 cup dry cottage cheese, 1/2 cup skim milk, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Blend till smooth, about 20 seconds; chill.
To serve, toss 4 cups torn lettuce with ham mixture.
Serve in individual bowls.
