|Unsweetened chocolate square||3 Ounce (3 Squares Of 1 Ounce Each)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (1 Can, Eagle Brand)|
|Hot water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over hot water.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and salt; blend well.
Add hot water slowly, stirring constantly; cook until mixture is smooth and desired consistency.
Add vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour into fondue pot or small chafing dish.
Keep warm while serving.
If sauce becomes too thick add additional water.
Arrange cubes of cake, miniature cream puffs, halved lady fingers, marshmallows, cherries, pineapple cubes, or other fruits cut in chunks.
Guests spear the food with fondue forks and dip into hot chocolate sauce.
