Blue Cheese And Walnut Spread

Ingredients
  Gorgonzola cheese/Other creamy blue cheese 1⁄4 Pound (125 Gram)
  Cream cheese 1⁄4 Pound (125 Gram)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Brandy 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Pepper To Taste
  Walnut halves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In bowl or food processor, beat Gorgonzola and cream cheese until smooth, being careful not to overmix.
Fold in chopped walnuts, brandy, and pepper to taste.
Transfer to attractive 1 cup (250 mL) dish, smoothing top; garnish with walnut halves. (Spread can be covered and refrigerated for up to 10 days.)
