these seafood cheese rounds are cream cheese and seafood combo that can be served as appetizers. Made with shrimp and crabmeat, the seafood cheese round is made savory and spicy and best served with snipped parsley as garnish.
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Canned small shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned crabmeat 6 Ounce, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed (1 Can)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Assorted crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In a large mixer bowl combine the cream cheese, the mayonnaise or salad dressing, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
Beat on medium speed of an electric mixer till the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the finely chopped celery and the snipped chives, if desired.
To serve, spread the cream cheese mixture into a 9 inch circle on a serving platter.
Combine the chili sauce and sweet pickle relish; spread atop the cheese circle.
Arrange the shrimp and crab atop the cheese mixture and sauce.
Sprinkle the snipped parsley over all.
