Swiss Cheese Fondue With White Wine
|Dry white wine||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Medium, cut|
|Natural swiss cheese||8 Ounce, cut into pieces (8 Slices)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|French bread cubes/Whole wheat bread cubes||1|
Heat wine and garlic in a saucepan or fondue pot to simmering.
Combine cheese and flour.
Gradually blend into wine.
Heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Blend in soup.
Heat, stirring until smooth.
Dip bread into fondue.
