Cranberry Cream Cheese Mold

The cranberry cream cheese mould is made with strawberry gelatin and raw cranbery relish. Mixed together and chilled, the cranberry cream cheese mold may be served as a side in a meal or as a dessert.
Ingredients
  Strawberry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cranberry relish 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Raw)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool to room temperature and stir in cranberry relish.
Pour in individual molds or 1 large mold.
Chill until firm.
