Ham And Cheese Supper
|Ground cooked ham||1⁄2 Pound (About 2 Cups)|
|Crushed cheese crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Barbecue sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Potatoes||4 Large, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine ground ham, crushed crackers, egg and barbecue sauce and shape into 6 patties.
In a skillet, saute potato and onion slices in butter and oil over medium heat, turning frequently to prevent browning.
Drain and place in crock pot.
Combine milk, cheese and seasonings and pour over potatoes and onions.
Layer ham patties on top.
Cover aad cook on low setting for 3 to 5 hours.
