Shrimp Giyani With Feta Cheese

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, undrained
  White wine 4 Ounce
  Parsley bunch 1 Small, finely chopped
  Celery stalk 1 , finely chopped
  Large shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and deveined
  Feta cheese 1⁄4 Pound, crumbled
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown onion in oil.
Add tomatoes, stirring until mixture reaches boiling.
Lower heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
Add wine, parsley, celery, and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 30 minutes.
While tomato sauce is simmering, parboil shrimp 2 minutes in 3 quarts boiling water with 2 teaspoons salt.
Drain immediately.
Add shrimp to sauce.
Simmer 1 minute.
Garnish with feta.
