Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 14 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Radishes 8 , shredded
  Green onion 3 Tablespoon, sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 5
  Radish roses 4
  French bread/Rye bread 1
Directions

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream.
Add radishes, onion, and salt; toss to mix well.
Mound on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with radish roses.
Surround with bread.
