Cottage Cheese Flan
|Small curd cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||To Taste|
With electric mixer, beat eggs until frothy.
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until fairly smooth.
Add cottage cheese, sugar, yogurt and sour cream to the egg mixture, and beat again until well mixed.
Pour into a flan pan.
Place pan in a shallow pan of water, and bake in preheated oven at 375Â°F for 35 to 40 minutes until flan is set and the top is slightly browned.
Remove from the oven, and let flan cool completely in the pan of water.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
Cut into slices, serving each slice with lots of maple syrup or fresh fruit.
