Cheesy Shrimp Casserole
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Shrimp||8 Ounce, deveined|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Green bell pepper||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, shrimp, cheddar cheese, butter, green pepper, onion, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, mustard and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
