Pepper, Pear, and Cheese Plate
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Bartlett pears||2 Large|
|Sweet red bell pepper||1|
|Blue cheese||2 Ounce|
|Sunflower seeds||1 Teaspoon|
Arrange sprigs of watercress on two luncheon plates.
Slice pears lengthwise, discarding core, and arrange slices on each plate.
Halve pepper, remove seeds, and cut into thin strips.
Scatter over the pears.
Crumble the cheese over the salad and sprinkle it with seeds.
