Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Celery seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dill seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Caraway seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Soy flour 3 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients together.
This spread is also good molded into balls and served on bed of salad greens.
