Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 , cut into pieces (Green Or Red)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place all ingredients in processor bowl and process with metal blade until pepper is minced.
Garnish with additional chopped green pepper.
Serve with seafood or poultry fondue
