Potted Herb Cheese

Ingredients
  Low fat small curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Minced shallots 2 Tablespoon
  Crumbled dried tarragon/Basil / 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Assorted vegetable sticks 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Caps, Zucchini Slices, Cherry Tomatoes And Celery Or Fennel Sticks)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place in a blender container the cottage cheese, yogurt, parsley, spinach, shallots, tarragon, garlic, and Tabasco and blend until finely minced.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Turn into a small crock, cover and chill.
