Potted Herb Cheese
Potted Herb Cheese is an amazingly delicious side dish which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Serve this cheese recipe to them, I bet everyone will praise for your creativity.
|Low fat small curd cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low fat yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Minced shallots||2 Tablespoon|
|Crumbled dried tarragon/Basil / 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Assorted vegetable sticks||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Caps, Zucchini Slices, Cherry Tomatoes And Celery Or Fennel Sticks)|
Place in a blender container the cottage cheese, yogurt, parsley, spinach, shallots, tarragon, garlic, and Tabasco and blend until finely minced.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Turn into a small crock, cover and chill.
