Cottage Cheese Pineapple Mold

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 2 1⁄2 Can (25 oz)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Heavy cream 4 Pint, whipped
Directions

Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
Drain pine apple, reserving juice.
Boil remaining water with pineapple juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over gelatin.
Mix in pine apple.
Cool; add cottage cheese and whipped cream.
Chill.
