Easy Cheesy Fish Bake
|Skinless orange||1 Pound, fresh or frozen|
|Catfish/Pike / cod / haddock fish fillets||1 Pound (0.75 Inch Thick)|
|Processed cheese spread||8 Ounce, pasteurized (One Jar)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Quick cooking rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Cut fillets into 1inch pieces.
In a 11/2 quart casserole stir together process cheese spread and milk.
Stir in peas, rice, dillweed, and fish.
Bake, covered, in a 375Â° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or till heated through, stirring once or twice.
