Ingredients
  Cream style cottage cheese 8 Ounce
  Dill pickle 1 Medium, diced and drained (Around 0.25 Cup)
  Carrot 1 Small, shredded (Around 0.25 Cup)
  Dairy sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cottage cheese, dill pickle, and carrots in a medium size bowl.
Fold in sour cream and mayonnaise or salad dressing until well blended.
Chill until serving time.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika, if you wish.
