Pepper And Cheese Squares

The pepper and cheese squares are baked cheese and eggs, peppery snack that can be served as appetizers too. Made with a spicy combo of jalapeno peppers, cottage cheese, montrey jack cheese, pimientos and olives, the pepper and cheese squares can be served on tortilla chips.
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 8
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cream style cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pickled jalapeno peppers 4 Tablespoon, rinsed and chopped (About 2 Tablespoons)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced pitted ripe olives 2 Tablespoon

In a bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and salt, then set aside.
In large mixer bowl beat eggs with an electric mixer till well com bined.
Stir flour mixture into beaten eggs and mix well.
Fold in Mon terey Jack cheese, cottage cheese, peppers, pimiento, and olives.
Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Bake in a 350° oven about 40 minutes or till set and golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Cut into about 1 1/2 inch squares.
Serve warm on tortilla chips, if de sired.
