Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs is simply one of my favorite egg preparation. This tasty dish is perfect for a rich weekend breakfast at home. Try this delicious and unique Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs recipe.
Ingredients
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Cottage cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dill 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In mixing bowl beat eggs with a wire whisk or fork.
Add cottage cheese, milk, and seasonings.
Heat butter in medium skillet, keeping heat low.
Add egg mixture.
As it cooks, lift edges with a spatula to allow liquid to flow off the top.
Do not stir, but continue until eggs are set on top.
Turn skil let over to bring eggs out of pan onto the serving plate.
