Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sliced cauliflowerets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced bermuda onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives 2 Tablespoon
  Torn lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Blue cheese 1 Ounce, crumbled (0.25 Cup)
Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Combine cauliflower, onion rings, and olives; toss lightly with dressing.
Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
Add lettuce and blue cheese; toss and serve.
