Cream Cheese Spread
|Nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, Cut into 6 pieces|
|Cream cheese spread variations||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion slices||6 Medium|
|Watercress||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1 inch pieces|
Place nuts and cheese in processor bowl and process with metal blade until nuts are coarsely chopped.
Tint cheese with food coloring if spread is to be used for canapes.
