Molded Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 package)
  Grated peeled cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (heaping)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; add 1 cup.cold water.
Soften unflavored gelatin in remaining cold water; stir in lime gelatin.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Chill until firm; serve on lettuce.
