Pineapple Cream Cheese Mold

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 large can)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 envelopes)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 package)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cream 1 Pint, whipped
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped maraschino cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat pineapple to boiling point; add sugar.
Soak gelatin in lemon juice for 5 minutes; add to pineapple.
Cool until mixture is par tially thickened.
Cream cheese, adding milk a little at a time.
Add whipped cream to cheese mixture.
Add cream cheese mixture to gelatin.
Add nuts and cherries.
Chill until firm.
