Little Cheese Loaves
|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plain)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||6 Ounce (6 Ounce)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||6 Ounce, shredded (6 Ounce)|
Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, caraway seeds, and seasoned salt; stir well.
Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
Pour into 8 greased and floured 4- x 2- x 2-inch loafpans; bake at 400Â° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove immediately from pans.
