Olive Cream Cheese Ball
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Chopped stuffed olives||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Green Colored)|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Finely chopped onion/1 tablespoon instant minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese with olives, onions and Tabasco; mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate cheese mixture about 15 minutes for easier handling.
Shape into ball; roll in parsley to coat well.
Return to refrigerator; chill 15 to 20 minutes or until serving time.
Serve with assorted crackers or chips.
