Cheese Bake is a delicious and filling dish that I often prepare on weekend morns. Try the Cheese Bake yourself and you will understand what I am talking about.
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|American cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Whole milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In howl combine rice, carrots, 1 1/2 cups cheese, milk, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in 350Â°F toaster oven 45 minutes.
