|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vanilla||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Light cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cream together the cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Slowly add the cream, mixing thoroughly.
Freeze in refrigerator tray till firm; break in chunks and beat with electric mixer till smooth.
Return to tray; freeze until firm.
