Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), dry
  Egg yolk 1
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Chill.
Pile in sherbet glasses and top with sesame seeds, grated nuts, grated Roasted Soybeans or fresh fruit.
Or serve as spread on whole grain crackers.
