Tangy Cottage Cheese Filled Pancakes

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Celery seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Chives 3 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each pancake.
Fold edges of pancakes into envelopes.
Arrange filled pancakes in shallow, oiled baking dish.
Bake at 250° F. for 10 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, garnished with sour cream or yoghurt.
