Tangy Cottage Cheese Filled Pancakes
|Cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Celery seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Sage||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Chives||3 Tablespoon, minced|
Mix all ingredients together.
Place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each pancake.
Fold edges of pancakes into envelopes.
Arrange filled pancakes in shallow, oiled baking dish.
Bake at 250Â° F. for 10 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, garnished with sour cream or yoghurt.
