Cottage Cheese Ring
|Lime gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Instant non fat dry milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped cucumber||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Teaspoon|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add lemon juice, salt, mustard and milk; stir well.
Chill until firm; beat gelatin mixture for 5 min utes or until light and fluffy.
Fold in sour cream.
Add pepper, cucumber and onion; mix well.
Pour into oiled mold.
Chill until firm.
