Jiffy Cheese Fondue
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Condensed cheddar soup||22 Ounce|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Rub cut clove of garlic around the inside of an earthenware fondue pot.
Heat cheese soup and wine.
Pour into fondue pot and keep hot over low heat.
Use long-handled forks to spear 1inch cubes of French bread, then dip and swirl in fondue.
Try other dippers for the fondue cubes of cooked ham, cherry tomatoes, avocado chunks.
