Cottage Cheese Raisin Bread

This Cottage Cheese Raisin Bread tastes heavenly ! Try it out for your weekend brunch and tell me if you've liked it !
  Hot water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 9 Cup (144 tbs)

Combine 3 cups hot water and raisins in Bosch blender.
Blend just enough to coarsely chop.
Pour into Bosch mixing bowl.
Sprinkle yeast over raisins and water, and allow to activate.
Add salt, cottage cheese, remaining 1 cup water, and flour.
Mix well.
Knead for 10 to 12 minutes.
Divide into three equal portions.
Shape into loaves, and place in wellgreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2inch loaf pans.
Let rise until double.
Bake in a 350° F.oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from pans and let cool.
