|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Radishes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped pitted olives||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Ripe Ones)|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped sweet pickles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Divide cream cheese into 3 equal parts.
To one part, stir in horseradish; shape into 1-inch balls and roll in chopped radishes.
To second part cream cheese, stir in curry powder; shape into 1-inch balls and roll in chopped ripe olives.
Stir remaining cream cheese with the celery seed; shape into 1-inch balls and roll in chopped pickles.
