Cream Cheese Muffin Puffs
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Margarine/Butter, melted||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Parkay)|
|Refrigerated flaky biscuits||10 Ounce|
|Philadelphia cream cheese||3 Ounce, cut into 10 cubes|
Heat oven to 375Â°F.
In small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and almond extract.
In another small bowl, combine margarine and vanilla.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each to 3-inch circle.
Dip each cheese cube in margarine, then in sugar mixture; place on center of each circle.
Fold dough over cheese, covering completely; seal well, shaping into balls.
Dip each filled biscuit in margarine, then in sugar mixture.
Place seam-side-down in ungreased muffin cup.
Bake at 375Â°F. for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from pan immediately.
