Cream Cheese Muffin Puffs

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter, melted 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Parkay)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Refrigerated flaky biscuits 10 Ounce
  Philadelphia cream cheese 3 Ounce, cut into 10 cubes
Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.
In small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and almond extract.
In another small bowl, combine margarine and vanilla.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each to 3-inch circle.
Dip each cheese cube in margarine, then in sugar mixture; place on center of each circle.
Fold dough over cheese, covering completely; seal well, shaping into balls.
Dip each filled biscuit in margarine, then in sugar mixture.
Place seam-side-down in ungreased muffin cup.
Bake at 375°F. for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from pan immediately.
10 rolls.
HIGH ALTTTUDE-Above 3500 Feet: No change.
